No. Archimedes is free for engineers. You only pay a 5% fee when you receive a bounty payout. Asset sales have a 20% platform commission (you keep 80%). There are no upfront costs.

Connect your Stripe account in your Profile page. When a buyer accepts your submission or someone purchases your asset, funds are transferred to your Stripe account automatically.

Engineer Pro ($39/mo) gives you reduced platform fees, priority in search results, and advanced analytics on your listings.

We support code repositories (ZIP), CAD files (STEP, STL, IGES), EDA designs (KiCad, Eagle), datasets (CSV, JSON, Parquet), documents (PDF), and ML models. Each asset type has specific accepted formats.

When you create a mission, you fund it via Stripe. The funds are held securely until you accept a submission. You pay the bounty amount + 10% platform fee. If no submission meets your requirements, you can request a refund.

Within 30 days of purchase, you can file a "Not as Described" claim on any asset. Our team reviews the claim and can issue a full refund if the asset does not match its listing.

Yes, within 30 days of acceptance you can file a claim if the deliverables do not match the mission requirements. An admin will review and may reverse the payout.

Every asset is automatically scanned for security vulnerabilities, code quality, license compliance, and complexity. The trust score (0-100) and badge (Verified, Reviewed, Scanned) help buyers assess quality before purchase.

Our Trust Engine runs Semgrep security scans, AI-powered code review (GPT-4o), license detection, and complexity analysis. Assets scoring 80+ get the "Verified" badge.

Yes. After updating your asset, you can trigger a new trust scan from the asset detail page. The score and badge update automatically.

Code modules, PCB/EDA designs, CAD models (mechanical parts, enclosures), datasets, documentation, and ML models. We focus on engineering and technical IP — not creative assets or stock photos.

Files are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage. Buyers only get access after purchase. Each submission is fingerprinted with SHA-256 for audit purposes.
